Wine was already made, but we believe that the method was the traditional foot treading, and the addition of spirit when the sugar was at the desired level
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: Intense golden, brown rim with a touch of green
Aroma: A refined, complex and intense nose, hinting at countless aromas, from candied fruits (orange peel) and spices (cinnamon) to dried fruits (raisins, figs and walnuts) and balsamic aromas
Palate: Unctuous in the mouth with a refreshing acidity, ends with a very long finish
