WINEMAKING
Total destemming. Combination of fermentations in small stainless steel vats and stone lagares. Moderate temperature control. Gentle manual pumping on a daily basis and foot treading. The wine was neither filtered nor cold stabilised.

Colour: Deep ruby
Aroma: Fresh with good intensity, elegant floral notes and hints of spices
Palate: Smooth, elegant, hinting at wild berries. Persistent finish
