Our wines must always reflect the excellence of their birth place. To get to know locations, to feel their potential, revealing an identity which is translated into countless sensations. This is how different wines are born...

We believe in the influence of the solar system! Under the light of Faísca [literally 'spark'] we have created a number of wines. The patron of our first wine is SEDNA, the latest planet to be discovered in the solar system. In Inuit mythology, Sedna is the Goddess of the seas, from whom all sea creatures are descended.

RHEA, launched in 2006, comes from Greek mythology, according to which she is the mother of the greatest gods, symbolised by the moon. The name also means "she who flows".

In parallel to the goddesses of Olympus, we are bottling limited editions from our own vineyards and in partnership with traditional winegrowers. These are hidden, hand-picked locations which we regularly monitor, in which we are implementing ecological practices. The result is the SECRET SPOT (Single Vineyard) line, our icon.

In 2007 we launched the CROOKED VINES brand. The grapes used come from small and very old plots (gardens) of vineyard in privileged locations.

We await the arrival of Vale da Poupa, a tribute to the Douro Valley's most beautiful bird.
